If Carlsberg did climbing holidays....

Three countries (Italy, Slovenia and Croatia) in seven days, swimming in the Mediterranean, great food, cheap beer and amazing weather and vistas, oh and there was lots and lots of climbing too. The climbing: Locations were very well scoped out before we arrived at the crag. There was a selection of climbs at each location to accommodate everyone in the group. Main locations: Crni Kal, near Koper, Slovenia Sistiana, near Trieste, Italy Rovinj, Istria, Croatia Napolionica, near Trieste, Italy The team: The instructors were professional without being overbearing, very friendly guys that love what they do and make sure that you get the most out of your trip, whatever level you are. The cook, well what can I say, nothing less than a gentleman who took care of all ten of us for the whole week. Great food, lots of it and plenty of banter to boot. Logistics: Transfers included and seemless. Accommodation - very swish - twin bed apartments in beautiful, rural Divaca in Slovenia with very welcoming bar across the road. Hostess with the most-ess - the accommodation also comes with an in house masseuse at very reasonable prices. Be prepared to relax after a tough but exhilarating day on the rock.

El Chorro & 3 Countries, 1 Week

I've been on two climbing trips with Giddy Gally Adventures and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's not afraid of a little adventure. Dane and Lloyd are both experienced and knowledgeable climbing instructors and their trips are suitable for all levels of ability. The accommodation was great and the food (courtesy of Stan) was excellent.
